Start by dialing the hands and shoulders and then tuck the pelvis when holding the plank. Make sure to squeeze the glutes hard to protect the low back.

In this video we demonstrate a great power exercise to build rotary power for a golfer, or any rotary athlete. We are building intermuscular coordination (how muscles work together to create a movement) and power within the anterior sling. The key of this drill is to not extend though the spine and to keep the down hip strong and stable.
