Snedeker and Bridgestone's New B330 Prove To Be Unflappable At Wind-Blown and Wet Farmers Open

Snedeker Trusts Full Bag of Bridgestone Equipment To Overcome the Elements in 8th Career PGA TOUR Win

COVINGTON, GA – This weekend at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, CA, Bridgestone Golf tour team member Brandt Snedeker authored one of the most remarkable final rounds in PGA TOUR history, overcoming tropical storm-like winds and rain to grab his 8th career PGA TOUR title. Starting the final round of the Farmers Insurance Open six shots off the lead, Snedeker put his new 2016 B330 golf ball and JGR Driver to the test, overpowering the inclement weather and a challenging course setup to record a 3-under par 69 – not just the only round in the 60s but the only red number in the field during the final round. Making the win even more remarkable, Snedeker didn't play a shot in the event's rain-delayed finish, which was pushed to Monday, when weather conditions actually improved.
