Golf Mobility- Unlocking the Hips

This is a great series of exercises geared toward opening up the hips. One of the best ways for golfers to increase performance is to get their hips moving better. Follow this simple sequence of exercises for the hips:

  1. Deep Squat 10 reps
  2. Table Internal Rotation alternating 5/side
  3. Table External Rotation alternating 5/side
  4. 90/90 alternating sides 10 reps
